Kirsten Brehmer

Kirsten Brehmer is the Director of Marketing at levAR, a financial services startup in Denver, Colorado. Kirsten has over eight years of experience in marketing and public relations, with a focus on small businesses and startups.

Previously, Kirsten was the Marketing Manager at TaskRay, a software company that provides project management tools to small businesses. Kirsten developed a nonprofit business channel for BodeTree to support the distribution of a small business financial management platform to community development financial institutions (CDFIs). their work included brand development, messaging and social media strategy and execution, and partnership/influencer relationship management.

Before that, Kirsten was the Marketing Manager at BodeTree, where they directed strategic marketing for the financial services startup. Kirsten worked with B2B clients to support their marketing and product implementation efforts across the small business sector. Kirsten is fluent in email marketing platforms, content and social media marketing, product engagement, and market analyses.

Kirsten began their career as a Public Relations Intern at Turner Public Relations and later became the Senior Media Associate at Rocky Mountain Institute.

Kirsten is also the owner and lead designer of Higher Home Studio, a home decor and design studio in Denver, Colorado.

Kirsten Brehmer has a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in English Literature from Colorado College. Kirsten is certified as a TEFL English Instructor from TEFL Worldwide.

Kirsten Brehmer reports to Tre Lucas, CEO. They work with James Clark - Director of Technical Art, Pearce Tibbles - Director of Customer Success, and Daniel Esrig - CTO.
