Lisa Hale has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Lisa began their career as an Office Manager/Supervisor at Kush Chiropractic of Arizona in 1992. In 2000, they joined Level 3 Audio Visual as a Bookkeeper, handling accounting operations. Lisa later moved up the ranks to become the Controller, overseeing financial policies and human resource programs. From 2009 to 2013, Lisa served as the CFO/Controller, accountable for the company's financial and operational strategy. Since 2013, they have been working at Level 3 Audiovisual, first as the Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for accounting and business operations, and currently as the Chief People Officer, with a secondary focus on human resource and benefits management.
Lisa Hale attended Phoenix College from 2014 to 2015 and studied Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, they attended Rio Salado College from 1998 to 2000 and pursued General Studies. In February 2020, Lisa obtained certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
