Maria Cataldi

Maria Cataldi is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Level Agency since May 2024. Prior to this role, Maria held various positions at WebMechanix from March 2016 to August 2024, including Head of People Operations, People Operations Manager, and Office Manager. Maria's earlier experience includes a role as a Legal Administrative Assistant at the Law Offices of Steinhardt, Siskind and Lieberman, LLC from August 2013 to March 2016, and as Office Manager at Nichols Brothers Construction from January 2011 to August 2013. Additionally, Maria worked briefly as a Receptionist at Falls Road Animal Hospital in 2012 and as a Team Trainer at Panera Bread from April 2009 to January 2011. Maria is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Maryland Global Campus, expected to be completed in December 2026, and holds an Associate of Fine Arts in Interactive Media Design from the Community College of Baltimore County, along with a High School diploma in Art/Art Studies from Woodlawn Senior High School.
