Akshata Ullal

Akshata Ullal is a seasoned professional in technical content management with extensive experience in creating and managing technical documentation across various industries. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Content Manager at Level AI since June 2023, Akshata leads the development of the organization's Help Center for AI-driven products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Akshata held positions at Cimpress India as a Senior Product Technical Writer and at Symtrax as a Technical Writer, where responsibilities included authoring REST API documentation and multi-language user guides. Akshata also worked in roles focused on language support and procurement processes at AMIPI INC. and Accenture in India, respectively. Akshata holds a Master’s degree in HR and Industrial Relations from Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and multiple Bachelor’s degrees in sciences from Mithibai College and R. D.
