Rajat Chaudhary

Rajat Chaudhary has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering. Rajat began their career as a Summer Intern at Innoplexus in 2015. After that, they worked as an Associate Data Engineer at Innoplexus from 2016 to 2019, where they played a role in designing and building APIs on top of Elasticsearch data for various projects.

In 2019, Rajat joined Aozora Inc. as an Engineering Lead, where they built a customer data platform from scratch and designed a Big Data Architecture with data ingestion, processing, and consumption layers. Rajat also maintained a Kafka Cluster, ElasticSearch Cluster, and Node.

Following their role at Aozora Inc., Rajat worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Instart Logic Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Rajat worked on enhancing NGINX plugins in C++ to optimize web performance and also set up the Web Platform Tests infrastructure for Instart's Javascript plugin.

After that, Rajat joined Konigle as a Senior Software Engineer from 2020 to 2021. Rajat handled backend development, including data management and engineering, APIs, Async jobs, and DevOps. Rajat also created profitJS, a JavaScript-based container for e-commerce site visitors.

In 2021, Rajat took on the role of SDE 2 at Koo India. Rajat contributed to building various services, such as an Analytics service in Elixir, Clickhouse cluster, and a file upload service using TUS. Rajat also worked on setting up event-driven microservices and consumers using Kafka, Flink, and protobuf.

Currently, Rajat is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Level AI, starting in 2023.

Rajat Chaudhary obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Rajat attended this institution from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2011, Rajat completed their High School and Intermediate education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, where they focused on the fields of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
