Shreyansh Singh

Shreyansh Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and data science. Shreyansh is currently working at Level AI as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, where they joined in September 2022. Prior to that, Shreyansh worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at the same company from January 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Level AI, Shreyansh worked as a Data Scientist at Mastercard AI Garage from August 2020 to December 2021. During their tenure, they formulated and developed a graph-based representation learning algorithm to detect transaction frauds, which showed a significant improvement in performance compared to existing algorithms.

Shreyansh also has experience as a Research Intern at SAMSUNG R&D INSTITUTE INDIA - BANGALORE PRIVATE LIMITED, where they implemented and simulated the MAS5G architecture, a new 5G mobility scheme. Shreyansh locally deployed and tested a proof-of-concept version of the architecture using Kubernetes, Cassandra, and Node.js. This work was published in IEEE FiCloud in 2019.

Furthermore, Shreyansh worked as a Cybersecurity Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Shreyansh developed a system for classifying ELF files as malware or benign, based on static and dynamic analysis techniques. The system they developed is now deployed on the institute's internal network.

Earlier in their career, Shreyansh had a Data Science Internship at Innoplexus, where they worked on an OCR+NLP-based model to extract and label segments of text from PDFs. Shreyansh significantly improved the existing pipeline, making it 80% faster and more accurate.

Shreyansh Singh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications, including Inferential Statistics from Coursera in August 2021, Advanced SQL, Intro to AI Ethics, Intro to SQL, Machine Learning Explainability from Kaggle in April 2021, and End-to-End Machine Learning with TensorFlow on GCP from Coursera in March 2021.
