Jasmin Schwaninger

Jasmin Schwaninger is a Strategic Business Consultant at Level Consulting AG since March 2021, specializing in strategic HR consultation, implementation of RPO solutions, process optimization, project management, and executive search project leadership. Previously, Jasmin served as a Program Manager at Pontoon Solutions from October 2014 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing MSP accounts, developing workforce solutions, and optimizing HR processes during transition phases. Earlier roles include Project Team Lead and Project Consultant at Adecco Human Resources AG, HR Consultant/Recruitment Consultant, and Key Account Manager at Reutax AG. Jasmin holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from Six Sigma College Düsseldorf, as well as an MSc in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bern.
