Clifton Garner, PMP, CSM

Clifton Garner, PMP, CSM, has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. From 1999 to 2003, they served as an Aircraft Communication and Navigation Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they gained expertise in maintaining and operating aviation systems.

In 2004, Garner transitioned to the role of a Freelance Audio Visual Specialist, managing logistics and operations for conferences, conventions, and large-scale concerts. Clifton continued in this role until 2008, working with companies such as Freeman, LAV, PSAV, and Etech.

From 2008 to 2013, Garner joined GE Aviation as an Engineering Specialist and Engineering Project Manager. Clifton led a multifunctional team and subcontractors, implementing a material cost productivity program that resulted in significant savings for the Boeing 787 Remote Data Concentrator project.

Garner then joined Presagis in 2013 as a Project Manager and Lead Systems Engineer. Clifton successfully managed a virtual mining solution development project for Rio Tinto Copper.

In 2015, Garner joined Creative Veteran Productions as a Program Manager and Business Development Leader. Clifton led multifunctional engineering and instructional design teams through the full program lifecycle of the Veteran Health Administration, SimLEARN Serious Game Development Program.

Clifton'smost recent work experience is with Level Ex, where they started in 2019. Garner initially served as a Senior Client Games Producer, contributing to the establishment of a new product line and business strategy in the medical device training and marketing segment. Clifton executed six commercial contracts with leading medical device companies, producing virtual medical procedural solutions for various specialties. In July 2022, they transitioned to the role of Director of Business Development.

Throughout their career, Garner has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills in diverse industries. Clifton holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Clifton Garner, PMP, CSM, has a diverse education history in the field of engineering. Clifton attended the University of South Florida from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Prior to that, they studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Central Florida from 2006 to 2007. In 2004 to 2005, they pursued Pre-Engineering at Valencia College. Additionally, they attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2002 to 2003, where they focused on Avionics System Technology.

In addition to their education, Clifton Garner holds several certifications. Clifton is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute and also has obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, they are a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.
