Jen Wright

Jen Wright, CSPO, PMC-II, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Producer at Level Ex since November 2021 and as Chief Executive Officer at Lenfant Enterprises LLC, Jen previously held positions such as Project Manager at Speed and Function and EMR, Agile Product Owner at GrayHair Software, Inc., and Product Manager at Symplicity Corporation. Early career roles included Chief Housing Officer and Interim Director of Residence Life at Mount St. Mary's University, as well as Assistant Director of Housing at Canisius College. Jen holds a Master of Science in College Student Personnel Administration from Canisius University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and Music from Austin College.
