Tim Hardy

Tim Hardy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As President and Co-Founder of Level Up, LLC since December 2010, Tim has been instrumental in driving the company's success. In addition, Tim serves as a Board Member for Loudoun Soccer, contributing valuable insights to the organization since January 2021. Previously, Tim held the position of Principal at Synchronacity, Inc. and was involved in global alliances at Affiliated Computer Services as Director. Tim's career also includes project management at CACI International Inc. and business analysis at AMS. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and Accounting from James Madison University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
