Kelsi Franta

Kelsi Franta is a Support Coach Lead at Level2 since June 2020. Previously, Kelsi worked as a Pilot Operations Coordinator at UnitedHealth Group, designing and coordinating pilot projects to improve healthcare. Prior to that, Kelsi was a Financial Services Advisor at Capella University and a Billing Specialist/Collections Agent at Associated Clinic of Psychology. Kelsi also worked as a Billing Specialist at Paragon LLC. Kelsi holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
