Raven Woods is the Founder and CEO of Leveled Talent, a firm specializing in executive search and talent management with a focus on diversity in leadership roles. Prior to this, Raven served as the Director of Recruitment & Selection at The Broad Center, where responsibilities included identifying top executive talent in public K-12 education and promoting inclusive hiring practices. Additional experience includes roles as Deputy Director at The Broad Academy, Director of Recruitment & Retention at iMentor, and positions in human resources and counseling at various organizations. Raven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sonoma State University and has a history of developing strategies that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion across multiple sectors.
