Stephen has worked in various roles, including Vice President Project Finance at LevelField Financial, Senior Consultant at Credit Suisse, Project Manager/Business Analyst at BBVA, Senior Consultant at Deutsche Bank, Project Manager at Deutsche Bank, Global Head of Credit Systems Development at Standard Chartered Bank, Managing Director at Global Markets Consultants Ltd, and Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst at Panache Resources and Systems Corp.

At LevelField Financial, Redler served as Vice President Project Finance. At Panache Resources and Systems Corp, they were a Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst, working on system migration projects at Deutsche Bank, CitiBank, Barclays and Nomura.

Stephen Redler earned a Master of Finance from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of New Hampshire.
