Katherine D'Orlando has a strong background in Salesforce and campaign operations. In September 2019, they became a Datorama Certified Admin Specialist, followed by achieving Datorama Certified Admin Expert status in the same month. In December 2019, they obtained the Datorama Certified Project Management & Delivery certification. Furthermore, in January 2020, they earned the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification, and in October 2020, they became a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator.
