Jan Ratzlaff is currently serving as a Manager at Leverest since October 2023, with previous experience as AVP Leveraged Finance at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Associate Structured Corporate Finance at Commerzbank AG. Jan has a strong background in Small/Mid Cap Direct Lending, Debt Fund, Mid/Large Cap Leveraged Finance, and Corporate Acquisition Finance.
