Property Manager at Levin Group

Paula Landis has over 20 years of experience in property management and related roles. Paula started their career in 1995 at Yellowbird Properties, where they managed scattered market rent units and handled various responsibilities such as marketing, accounts payable, tenant receivables, and evictions. Paula also managed a small team and utilized Tenant Pro software.

Afterwards, Paula held positions at Cadwallader Classics as an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper and at Cadco Properties as a Property Manager.

In 2009, they joined AIMCO as a Community Manager and successfully changed the perception of the Biltmore community after a bed bug infestation. Paula obtained certifications in occupancy and tax credit.

From 2010 to 2011, Paula worked as a Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture HomeStore/Morris Furniture.

Paula then served as a Property Manager at Belle Tower LLC and Wallick Properties Midwest, where they oversaw property operations and community management.

Paula also worked as a Bookkeeper at JC Maintenance from 2015 to 2017 and currently holds the position of Property Manager at Levin Group, Inc.

Paula Landis attended Sinclair Community College from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Accounting with a focus on Interior Design. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Miamiaburg High School from 1979 to 1982. In terms of additional certifications, Paula obtained the Compliance Policies and Regulations Training certification from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency in May 2019. Paula also holds the Certified Occupancy Specialist certification from the National Center for Housing Management, which they obtained in June 2015 and March 2010.
