Rebecca Blunn

Rebecca Blunn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development as well as people operations. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Levin since June 2024, Rebecca previously held the role of People Operations Manager at Storm4 from April 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing graduate academies, training design, coaching, and long-term developmental support. Prior positions at Waitrose & Partners included Senior People Operations Associate and Supervisor, and Rebecca also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant and Consulting Intern at Bright Network. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kent (2017-2020) and completed A-level education at Bishop Justus Church of England School (2010-2017).
