Pamela Bravo Arancibia

Pamela Bravo Arancibia is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Levita Magnetics since May 2025. Prior to this role, Pamela held similar positions at Wareclouds and was an HR Manager at Evernote, contributing to a company culture recognized with the "Best Internship Experiences - Chile 2022" award. Pamela's experience includes work at the Australian Government, Mall Plaza, Viña Concha y Toro, and various research roles focused on workplace environments, diversity, and inclusion. Academically, Pamela holds a degree in Social Work from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
