Deena Lederman

Deena Lederman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Deena is currently the Director of Business Operations at LEVL since March 2023. Prior to that, from January 2021 to January 2023, they served as the Senior Manager and Head of Business Operations at Synamedia. Before their role at Synamedia, Deena worked as a Lead Program Manager in the Global PMO from October 2018 to January 2021. In 2017, they were a Partner Manager at Cisco Systems (formerly NDS) and from November 2016 to July 2017, they held the position of Business Operations Manager at the same company. Deena started their career in 2014 at Cisco Systems as a Business Operations Analyst. Deena Lederman's earliest work experience was at NDS starting in August 2012, where they served as a Project Coordinator and Project Manager, responsible for managing Jira project software, creating software user guides, developing training materials, and performing administrative tasks. Deena also worked at IBM as a Billing Specialist from February 2011 to February 2012, where they managed end-to-end project billing and conducted training for offshore staff.

Deena Lederman completed their Bachelor of Business degree in Information Systems and Accounting from Monash College from 2009 to 2012. Deena then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, focusing on Business with South East Asia, at Bar-Ilan University from 2016 to 2017.
