Al-Hakim ShaBazz is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently working as an Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants since August 2021, Al-Hakim has held various leadership roles, including Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Fox Restaurant Concepts from November 2018 to July 2021, and Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa for a brief period in 2018. Previous positions include Sous Chef at Enchantment Resort and two separate roles as Sous Chef and Cook at Aramark. Al-Hakim began their culinary journey with an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena, completing the program in 2010.
