Caroline Repko has had an extensive career in various roles within the hospitality industry. Caroline has held positions such as Director of Operational Compliance and Director of Digital Innovation and Operations Strategy at Levy Restaurants, Beverage Manager - Sommelier at Atlas Restaurant Group, and Beverage Manager and Concessions Manager at Aramark. Caroline has also worked in concessions at Altoona Curve and Cafe Laura, as well as in food production and refreshment break service at The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State University.
