Crystal Jones-Peck has held various roles in the food service industry. Crystal is currently the Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Premier Kings, Inc where they served as the Director of Operations from November 2018 to October 2021. During their time at Premier Kings, Inc, they also held the positions of Area Director from April 2017 to November 2018 and Operations Trainer from April 2016 to September 2017.
Before joining Premier Kings, Inc, Crystal worked at The Steritech Group as a Quality Management Specialist from July 2011 to April 2016. Crystal'sresponsibilities included conducting operational excellence and food safety assessments in retail settings, consulting with clients on observed issues, developing and maintaining client relationships, and facilitating communication of operational procedures and food safety practices.
Crystal's earlier experience includes working as an Environmental Specialist at the Houston County Health Dept from August 2006 to July 2011.
Crystal Jones-Peck, CP-FS completed their undergraduate education from 2000 to 2004 at Mercer University, where they obtained a degree in Biology with a focus on Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. In addition, Crystal pursued further education at Mercer University, earning a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree.
