James Roberts has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. James started their career in 2011 as a Premium Services Manager at ARAMARK, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Levy Restaurants as an Austin Convention Center Catering Supervisor. Later that year, they moved to Ryan Sanders Sports Services where they held multiple roles, including Catering/Banquet Manager and Assistant GM. In these positions, they successfully coordinated catered events, managed inventory, and led a team of supervisors. In 2021, they returned to Levy Restaurants as a Catering Sales Manager. Throughout their career, James has gained extensive experience in event planning, staff management, and food and beverage operations.
