Jon Ziskal

Jon Ziskal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jon started their career as an intern and production assistant at Gary Sanchez Productions and Funny or Die in 2010, gaining exposure to film and television production. In 2008, they worked as a development intern at The Institute for the Development of Enhanced Perceptual Awareness, Inc.

From 2008 to 2010, Jon worked at Bunim Murray Productions, where they held several positions including intern, production assistant/field logger, post-production assistant, and post-release coordinator. In the post-release coordinator role, they handled the release of filming locations, secured celebrity photographs, and cleared storefronts and products for use in media.

In 2011, Jon joined Delaware North Companies as a concessions supervisor/auditor, where they audited stand sheets and contributed to loss prevention efforts. Jon then transitioned to the role of premium services supervisor, responsible for managing event operations and ensuring accuracy of product deliveries and orders.

At Delaware North, Jon also worked as a concessions manager, where they analyzed financial objectives, managed labor costs, and trained concessions personnel. Jon later became the assistant concessions manager, hiring and managing non-profit volunteers and union concessions and vending personnel.

Since 2016, Jon has been working at Levy Restaurants, starting as the GM of concessions before moving on to roles of director of concessions, assistant director of operations, and currently serving as the director of operations. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing operations and managing teams.

Jon Ziskal completed their primary education at Clemson University from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a general education field of study. Afterward, they attended Michigan State University from 2004 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Subsequently, Jon attended Full Sail University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Film.
