Marjorie Hopkins is currently the Assistant Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants, overseeing the day to day operations of all sports facilities at Texas A&M. With experience in various managerial roles in the food service industry, Marjorie has managed catering, dining services, and premium food service at universities and major events. Prior to their current role, Marjorie worked as a General Manager at sweetgreen and held various positions at Levy Restaurants, including Director of Suites and Premium Concessions and Support Manager. Marjorie has a strong educational background, having attended Lone Star College and Houston Community College.
