Melissa Earl has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Melissa began their career in 2005 at Best Western Adams Inn as a Catering Sales Assistant and Front Office Agent. In 2007, they worked as a Catering Coordinator at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor before advancing to the role of Convention Services Manager at Hyatt Regency Boston in 2008. In 2012, they joined Bakers' Best Catering as an Event Services Manager. Melissa then joined Levy Restaurants in 2013 and held various positions including Catering Sales Manager, Senior Catering Sales Manager, Assistant Director of Catering Sales, and Director of Catering Sales. Melissa'smost recent position at Levy Restaurants began in July 2021 as Director of Catering Sales.
Melissa Earl attended Newbury College from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. In addition to their formal education, they earned a ServSafe Certification from the National Restaurant Association in June 2018 and an Adult CPR/AED certification from ProTrainings in January 2020.
