Natalie Mersch has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Courtyard by Marriott in 2013. Natalie then interned at Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation in 2014 before working as a hostess at ZIAS LAGO VISTA in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Development Events Intern at Lincoln Park Zoo. From 2017 to 2017, they interned as a Hospitality Intern at Entertainment Cruises Inc. Natalie then joined Lodge Management Group in 2018, first as an Office Administrator and later transitioning to the role of Sales, Events, & Marketing Coordinator until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Restaurant Group Marketing Manager at Levy Restaurants.
Natalie Mersch attended the University of Kentucky from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2017, they also briefly studied at Florence University of the Arts, focusing on the same field of study.
