Stephen Allen

Stephen Allen has more than 15 years of experience in the culinary industry. Stephen most recently worked as the Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants since December 2018, where they oversee the overall operations. Stephen also served as the Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants from August 2018 to April 2019. Prior to that, they were the Executive Sous Chef at Choctaw Casinos & Resorts from April 2018 to July 2018. Stephen gained extensive experience as a Room Chef at Wind Creek Hospitality from October 2013 to April 2018. Before that, they worked as a Catering Chef at Aramark from November 2011 to October 2013, and as a Kitchen Manager at Wolfgang Puck Catering from June 2011 to January 2013.
