Tylar Williams

Tylar Williams has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tylar started their career as a Human Resources Intern at the City of Houston in 2016. Tylar then interned at NASCAR for a summer before joining Bryan ISD as a Substitute Teacher in 2017. Tylar then transitioned into the role of Human Resources Assistant at Levy Restaurants in 2018. Over the years, they progressed within the company, working as a Human Resources Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Manager. Tylar'sresponsibilities included recruitment, compliance, workforce planning, employee engagement, orientation training, and employee investigations. In 2023, Tylar assumed the role of Senior Human Resources Manager before being promoted to Director of Human Resources at Levy Restaurants.

Tylar Williams began their education at Texas A&M University in 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Development, with a minor in Business Administration. This educational journey lasted until 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, Tylar continued their education at the same university, enrolling in a Master of Science (M.S.) program in Human Resource Development. This postgraduate degree was completed in 2017.
