Craig Survance is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in machining and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Technical Lead at LEWCO, Inc since March 2021, Craig has previously held significant positions including Manager of New Product Processing at Bettcher Industries, where responsibilities included overseeing design prototypes and managing a team of machinists and engineers. Craig's career also encompasses roles at United States Steel Corporation as a Shift Manager, and at SIFCO Industries, Inc in various leadership positions, emphasizing operational efficiency and employee management. Early career experiences include positions at Joy Mining Machinery, focusing on tool design, CNC programming, and machine operation. Craig is pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Networks at Lorain County Community College.
