Kathy Arroyo

Kathy Arroyo is currently the Director of Compliance at Lewer Companies, leading the Legal and People+Culture Teams. Prior to this role, Kathy held positions such as Senior Compliance Manager at Cerner Corporation and Human Resources Manager at Lauber Municipal Law. With a strong background in HR and compliance, Kathy has effectively managed various projects and initiatives to achieve compliance-related business outcomes. Kathy holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School.
