Holly Hisamoto

Holly Hisamoto is currently a Career Advisor at Lewis & Clark College since November 2023 and an Adjunct Professor at the University of the West since August 2022, where responsibilities include teaching human development and counseling skills. Previously, Holly served as an Academic Advisor for Exploratory Studies at Oregon State University from January 2021 to April 2023, teaching a Career Decision Making course and providing academic guidance. Holly's background in spiritual care includes roles as a Hospice Chaplain at Providence Health & Services from 2017 to 2021, Staff Chaplain at Randall Children’s Hospital from 2013 to 2017, and Chaplain Intern at Children's Hospital Los Angeles in 2012-2013. Additionally, Holly contributed as a Spiritual Care Community Organizer and Campus Student Leader at the University of the West from 2010 to 2013. Holly holds a Master of Divinity in Buddhist Chaplaincy from the University of the West and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Naropa University.
