Brian Skaggs

Brian Skaggs, M.A., is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Career & Workforce Development Advisor and previously as a Talent Solutions Agent and Sr. Analyst at Mercy since January 2017, Brian provides support for HR systems such as Lawson, iCIMS, and Kronos. Previously, Brian held positions at Central Methodist University, Suddenlink Communications, and Aspect Software, specializing in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Brian’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Missouri State University.
