Julie Crea is currently the VP of Finance and Administration at Lewis-Clark State College. Julie has been in this position since October of 2005 and has overseen a $42 million budget. Julie has one direct report and two campus departments (childcare and tennis center), with liaison duties for bookstore services. In 2017, they also began overseeing Administrative Auxiliary Services and food service. Julie's main responsibilities include monitoring and forecasting financial assets to assist with resource allocation and short‐term/long‐range planning. Julie also develops financial models for enrollment/revenue, program/resource projections, cost allocation, tuition, and program break‐even points.

Prior to their current position, Julie was a Customer Service Rep II at the Idaho Department of Labor from January 1997 to December 1999.

Julie Crea has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Political Science (Public Administration, Educational Administration, and Policy & Politics) from University of Idaho. Julie also has a Masters in Public Administration from University of Idaho. Julie Crea's undergraduate degree is in Psychology from Lewis-Clark State College. Julie also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Business Management from Lewis-Clark State College.
