Luther Maddy has been working in education for over 20 years. Luther started out as an Integrated Systems Analyst for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. After seven years in that position, they left to start their own business, Your Books For Cash. Luther then began working as an adjunct instructor at Boise State University, Northwest Nazarene University, and the College of Western Idaho. In 2012, they became the Director of Rocky Mountain Business Academy. Luther held that position until 2014 when they started working as the Interim Dean of the School of Professional Studies at Lewis-Clark State College.
