Dave Dillon

Dave Dillon is a Senior Vice President and Principal at Lewis & Ellis, where responsibilities include addressing healthcare reform issues, developing health insurance products, and ensuring financial solvency since 1999. Dillon has played a pivotal role in assisting 21 states with healthcare analyses following the Affordable Care Act and previously served in various capacities within the company. The Society of Actuaries recognized Dillon with the Presidential Award in 2022. Additionally, since August 2022, Dillon has been an Instructor at Georgia State University, teaching a graduate-level Health Insurance class for the Actuarial Science program. Earlier career experience includes an Actuarial Analyst position at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield from 1996 to 1999. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Oklahoma State University.
