Melissa Andrews

Melissa Andrews serves as the Director of Planning, Facilities and Grounds for Lewis-Palmer School District 38 since March 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Director of Enrollment at Colorado Springs School District 11, where a centralized enrollment model was implemented for approximately 23,000 students, alongside the creation of an enrollment manual that streamlined processes in compliance with governing regulations. Additionally, Melissa worked as the Community and Facility Planning Manager for School District 49, focusing on strategic facility and demographic planning using ArcGIS technology. Previous experience includes roles at CH2M HILL as Lead Cartographer and Sanborn Map Company as Project Coordinator, along with early experience as a Broker Associate at RE/MAX Properties Inc. Melissa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and an Associate's Degree as a Broker Associate from Jones Real Estate Colleges.
