Heather Steranka serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Lewis Tree Service since July 2023, contributing to the company's reputation in vegetation management services across North America. Previously, Steranka worked as a Learning Facilitator for MIT Professional Education, enhancing women's leadership capabilities from April to July 2023. From June 2021 to June 2023, Steranka held the role of Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Nestlé and owned Global Diversity Consulting from March 2011 to June 2021, focusing on diversity management and cultural competency. Additionally, Steranka managed learning programs at YWCA Greater Cleveland, served as a Graduate Assistant at Cleveland State University, and held various positions at Berlitz, driving organizational culture and performance improvements. Steranka holds a Master’s in Psychology with a focus on Diversity Management from Cleveland State University and a BA in Slavic Languages & Literatures from The Ohio State University.
