Chad C. Fay has a strong background in fleet management, supply chain, project management, strategy, and operations. Chad C. has over 20 years of experience in the field and has held various leadership positions in well-known companies. Currently, they are the SVP Operations Support at Lewis Tree Service, where they are responsible for driving operational excellence. Prior to that, Chad worked as the VP Fleet Operations & Procurement at Lewis Tree Service and as the VP of Fleet Operations, Procurement, Facilities & Compliance at Strike, LLC. Chad C. also served as the VP of Fleet Operations - North America at Aramark and held roles at Centuri Construction Group, Inc. and the Department of Transportation/MCSAP. Earlier in their career, Chad was the Owner/President of Northstar Management Group and the Senior Vice President at Air One Transport Group/GF Trucking, Inc.

Chad C. Fay earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Thomas Edison State University in 2014. Before that, they attended the University of Nevada, Reno to study Criminal Justice/Police Science. Chad completed their high school education at Bishop Gorman High School from 1987 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Chad has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Chad C. obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2022.
