Stephen Polozie

Stephen Polozie has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Stephen began their career as an Analyst at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where they worked from 1989 to 1993. Stephen then worked as an Attorney at McBride Baker & Coles (now Holland & Knight LLP) from 1996 to 1998. Following that, they joined Jones Day as an Attorney, where they advised clients on various transactional, compliance, and corporate governance matters from 1998 to 2003. Polozie then served as General Counsel and Vice President at The Brickman Group Ltd. LLC (now BrightView), leading their legal, risk, and regulatory compliance functions. Stephen worked there from 2003 to 2013. Most recently, Polozie has been working as General Counsel and Vice President at Lewis Tree Service Inc. since 2015, where they are responsible for legal matters and serves as a business partner.

Stephen Polozie attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology at McGill University.
