Susan Olenek

Susan Olenek is an experienced professional in leadership and health management, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Lewis University since June 2023, while also holding a retired status at the Will County Health Department and Community Health Center since February 2023. With a strong background as Executive Director at the Will County Health Department from August 1986 to February 2023, Susan Olenek demonstrated expertise in positive leadership, program development, budget management, staff training, strategic planning, and emergency response. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a B.S. in Biology and Physical Sciences from Illinois State University.
