Josh Breau serves as the Facilities Director for Lewiston Public Schools since August 2018, overseeing the maintenance and repair of all school buildings and grounds. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial HVAC Sales/Estimator at F.W. Webb Company, where Josh collaborated with mechanical contractors on HVAC-R systems, and as Facility Manager and Assistant Public Works/Utilities Manager for the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority, managing utility operations at Brunswick Landing. Previous positions also include Project Engineer at Thayer Corporation, focusing on heating and cooling systems, and 3rd Assistant Engineer at Sheridan Transportation, responsible for mechanical operations on a tug and barge. Josh earned a B.S. in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy, completing the degree in 1999.
