Marcus Rowley

Marcus Rowley is currently employed as a Global Shaper at Global Shapers Community since July 2019. Prior to this role, Marcus has been working as an Associate II at Lex Caribbean since November 2018, where Marcus practices in the firm’s Corporate Commercial Department. Marcus has also held positions as an Associate and Legal Intern within the same department. Their focus areas include corporate, structured and syndicated project and sovereign financing, real estate transactions, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions in the banking, insurance, and energy sectors, as well as securities.
