Rand Monaghan

Rand Monaghan has a diverse background in finance and corporate strategy, starting as a Summer Intern at Citi in 2014. From there, they progressed through various roles at Citi, including Healthcare Investment Banking Senior Analyst and Associate. Rand then transitioned to roles at Celgene, where they served as Manager and later Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy. Afterward, they joined Bristol Myers Squibb, holding positions as Associate Director in Cell Therapy Strategic Planning and Development & Operations Finance. Currently, Rand is the Senior Director of Finance and Corporate Strategy at LEXEO Therapeutics.

Rand Monaghan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University in 2015. Subsequently, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Columbia Business School.
