Katie Filus has a diverse work experience in customer success management and digital roles. Katie started their career at PwC as an Associate, where they strategized marketing collateral, conducted user research, and improved website structures. Katie later became a Senior Associate, leading design workshops and developing Standard Operating Procedures for digital processes.
In 2018, Katie joined Winnow as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed the largest account and successfully reduced food waste, resulting in significant savings for the client.
Most recently, Katie worked at Lexer as a Customer Success Manager, where they utilized their Customer Data Platform to help brands understand their customers and drive growth. Katie recently transitioned to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to customer success.
Katie Filus completed their A-levels in History, English Literature, and Geography at Dubai College from 2006 to 2011. Katie then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics at Newcastle University from 2011 to 2014.
