Mr. Mukherjee has Over 35 years of experience in Technology and is the Chief Operating Officer of GHS Holdings, LLC a family office with over 15 current investments with a technology focus. He was the Clo in two large restaurant brands where he provided executive leadership and achieved results based on broad guidelines and a strategic vision, for enabling technology with a business focus. As the Global CIO of Church's Chicken ($1.2B) he helped enhance operational and customer experience leading to increased same store sales by 12% for 5 years in a row. His efforts in digital transformation and business integration of the franchisee technology platforms helped drive an EBITDA increase by 70% at The Krystal Company.

As a seasoned executive, advisor, and a strategic thinker, he continues to innovate and create Enterprise Value with a balanced approach to business needs, cost savings and strategic positioning of technology.
