Hunter Balmer is an experienced leader in customer success management with a strong track record in scaling teams and enhancing client relationships. At Lexia Learning, Hunter progressed from Sr. Manager to Director of Success Management, overseeing a national customer success team and creating innovative pilot strategies while contributing to the implementation of Gainsight. Prior experience at Rosetta Stone involved managing various teams, significantly improving customer retention and satisfaction, and leading cross-functional collaboration for product launches. Hunter holds a Master of Science in Sports Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College.
