Joel Bowler

Joel Bowler is a seasoned professional in education with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Professional Learning Facilitator at Lexia Learning since January 2022, Joel specializes in developing engaging professional learning materials and evaluating curriculum initiatives for enhanced learning outcomes. Previously, as Assistant Principal at Pine View Middle School, Joel implemented safety protocols, managed budgets, and successfully recruited educators during a competitive hiring season. Joel's experience also includes serving as TSA Title I Coordinator at Legacy Elementary, where improvements in PBIS systems led to significant reductions in behavior incidents, and a seven-year tenure as a teacher, achieving consistently high evaluations. Joel holds a Master's degree in Instructional Leadership from Utah State University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Southern Utah University.
