Andrew McCarthy

Andrew McCarthy is an experienced executive in solutions and service delivery, currently serving as EVP at Lexico since February 2020. Prior to Lexico, Andrew held various leadership roles at Affinity, Inc. from May 2008 to February 2020, including Managing Director and General Manager for the Midwest market, where responsibilities spanned IT strategy, governance, transformation, and client relationship management. Andrew began their career in project management at West Bend Mutual Insurance and the American Society for Quality (QuEST Forum), focusing on implementing infrastructure solutions and managing international business process changes. Andrew holds a B.S. in Strategic Management of Information Systems from Cardinal Stritch University.
