Adam Riggs

Adam Riggs is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Lexicon, a position held since November 2023, where responsibilities include building a high-performing Talent Acquisition team to support the growth of Lexicon and Cordell & Cordell. Prior to this role, Adam served as Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Executive Search Leader at Daugherty Business Solutions from July 2016 to November 2023, also taking on the role of East Pod Leader and Senior Recruiter. Adam's earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Recruiter for various agency staffing organizations in Saint Louis from March 2012 to March 2016. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned from 2003 to 2007.
